Stewarding etc... can be sorted.
Where the owners really are at fault is the state of the stadium. Massive gaps between the tiers, huge gaps still around the sides of the pitch with horrible bright green plastic covering the track and scaffold seats instead of "retractable seating" as claimed, that don't even cover the athletics seats and track below.
As usual they have tried to save money where money needed to be spent.
"You pay peanuts you get monkeys"
They sold Upton Park for 40m, they've not even spent that money.
They got a great deal on the OS and any owner who really cared about the club and it's fans would have spent at least some of the savings they made on this move to try and sort out the issues properly.
They are like Primark shoppers looking for even bigger bargains on the sale rail.
This is why I have said repeatedly that they should sell the club to someone with the money, ambition and nous to take the club forward to where it should be.

Its all very well filling your stadium out with these robots that Brady wants. What she doesn't realise is that these robots do not have anywhere near the 'brand loyalty' that us cunts who've done Oldham or Barnsley on a Wednesday night in the pissing rain or snow.

To be fair mate the Cockney lot don't seem the type to look for trouble- they are just a bit loud and screamy. They are the bread and butter supporters you have to accept if you want any kind of atmosphere. I've got a lot more in common with them than the Werthers Originals who are probably at the Proms now in their plastic Union flag hats having made a full day of being in London.
If you want to watch West Ham and don't expect to hear swearing I'm afraid you're shit out of luck. What next, a sign on the back of the seat like the Nigels have at Reading saying 'gentlemen, please mind your language'?

I saw something today I've never seen before and to tell you the truth it really fucking bothered me.
Sitting in my season ticket seat for third time I was starting to get used to the four or five rough as you like Cockneys sitting behind me.
You know the type, the fat mum, pissed-up dad and three grown-up kids. The dad on my first trip had to be put straight about Payet being 'fucking shit' by his boy who told him Payet wasn't actually playing and it was Gokan Tore.
I'm learning to tune out of their loud observations like 'this is fucking bollocks', 'sort it out Bilic', and 'fuck off you cunts'. Nothing any of us haven't heard a million times. Actually they are alright really.
Anyway, about four rows in front of us are a bunch of oldies I'd never seen before. There were about six of them who kept looking round at us, one by one. Actually, an old boy with white hair seemed quite amused at the dogs abuse getting screamed.
As the fourth goal went in fat mum screamed 'FOR FUCK SAKE WEST HAM YOU CUNTS' and one of the old ladies turned round and shouted something I didn't catch. Fat mum said (and I agree with her actually) 'this is football love and if you don't like it don't come. Go to the fucking opera or something'.
The old bird then said in a posh voice 'It's YOU that won't be coming dear after I've written a letter of complaint'.
I couldn't believe it. Fat mum then jumped up and ran out saying I'm going to find a steward'. She came back five minutes later and said 'the steward thought it was a load of old bollocks and if I get a letter just chuck it in the bin'.
You think you've seen just about everything when you've been going and watching West Ham for as long as I have but no, there's still shit I haven't seen and I really didn't like seeing that today.
